With a shared passion for empowering entrepreneurs and having built a company together, they bring a wealth of experience across multiple facets of business to be the trusted allies you need on your entrepreneurial journey.
Sarah Gillin
Managing Partner
Sarah is a strategic leader and proven business builder with a consumer-driven mentality. She has over 20 years’ experience in progressive marketing, strategy and leadership roles in both Toronto and New York in luxury consumer goods products. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for founding and leading entrepreneurial organizations in turbulent or nascent markets. Sarah has proven success building new brands and driving established brands into new markets with her innovative, creative, and strategic approach.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University, an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and is currently pursuing her ICD.D certification with the University of Toronto.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sarah is actively involved in her community. She generously volunteers her time with various charities and associations, focusing on causes that support the socially isolated and homeless, as well as the arts and culture.

Sarah focuses on strategy, commercial go-to-market, fundraising, governance practices and rapid growth planning.
Tess Fox
Managing Partner
Tess is a dynamic leader with a talent for driving the growth of startups and establishing herself as a trusted ally for executives and founders alike. With more than a decade of experience supporting founders and playing a pivotal role in building companies from the ground up, Tess leverages her data-driven mindset to tackle challenges and lay the groundwork for companies to achieve successful scalability.

With a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University's DeGroote School of Business, including a semester abroad at Aarhus School of Business in Denmark, and an MBA from Rotman School of Management where she gained experience working with leading minds in advanced technology through the Creative Destruction Lab, she brings a global perspective to her work and all aspects of life.

In her personal time, Tess prioritizes a healthy lifestyle by staying active and cherishes quality time spent with family, friends and her pets. To further cultivate her global perspective, Tess travels and immerses herself in Toronto's vibrant arts and culinary scene.

Tess focuses on operations, people and culture, finance strategy and process implementation to build the foundation for successfully scaling a company.
